Services

Emergency Family Movers provides moving services in Phoenix, AZ, and surrounding areas. Our services include residential and commercial moving, packing and unpacking, furniture disassembly and reassembly, and storage solutions.

Booking and Payment

1. Rates: Our standard rate is $69.00 an hour plus gas for two men and a truck. There are no minimum hours, no trip charges, and no charges for stairs.
2. Estimates: All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of booking. Final costs may vary based on actual service duration, distance, and any additional services required.
3. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the move. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All payments must be made in full before unloading the truck at your new location.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

1. Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled moving date without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the move will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of service.
2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your move up to 24 hours before the scheduled moving date without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the move will be accommodated based on availability.

Liability and Insurance

1. Damages: While our team takes great care in handling your belongings, Emergency Family Movers is not liable for any damages to items that are not packed by our professional packers. For items packed by us, we offer limited liability coverage.
2. Insurance: We are fully insured and bonded. Additional insurance coverage for high-value items can be arranged upon request.

Customer Responsibilities

1. Preparation: Customers are responsible for preparing their items for the move, including packing, labeling, and securing loose items. If packing services are requested, our team will handle these tasks.
2. Access: Customers must ensure there is clear and safe access to both the pickup and delivery locations. Any delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.
3. Prohibited Items: Customers must not pack or transport hazardous materials, flammable items, or illegal substances. Emergency Family Movers reserves the right to refuse service for such items.

Storage Services

1. Storage: If you require storage services, your items will be stored in a secure facility. Storage fees will apply based on the volume and duration of storage.
2. Access to Stored Items: Access to stored items is by appointment only. Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit to the storage facility.

Use of Site

1. Content: The content on our Site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Emergency Family Movers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
